iKala Shoplus is an one-dashboard AI powered online tool tailored to meet social sellers’ needs. Featured with free AI chatbot, Shoplus sorts out all fragmented order, payment, and logistic process that once consumed merchants a great portion of time and energy. The ultimate version of Shoplus, in our vision, should fulfill every sellers’ every single last-mile need at scale.

[Responsibilities]
1. Existing client communication and advertisement account management.
2. Acquire new client, plan and execute workshop for clients.
3. Analyze market needs and formulate advertiser growth with goals and strategies.
4. Planning / Building an advertising ecosystem partnership.

[Qualifications]
1. 2+ years of experience with partner/ digital ads agency development and management.
2. High-level of business acumen with building ads revenue.
3. Analytical, logic and active with problem-solving.
4. Vietnamese native speaker, fluent in English.

[Plus]
1. Understanding the pros & cons on Facebook / Google ads.
2. Strong ability to organize multiple projects and multitasked. Self-motivated and result-oriented.
3. Hands on building digital ads or related business field ecosystems.
4. Fluent in Mandarin.

[Work Conditions]
1. Based in Ho Chi Minh city
2. 20% travel to Headquarter and Asia
