Administrator, Security Concierge

Duties may include but not limited to:
• To co-ordinate and manage operations resources for swift response to arising incidents, assistance request and/or crisis situation.
• To attend to call-in queries/security assistance from both internal and external guest and to dispatch security resources to respond accordingly.
• To ensure compliance to all Casino regulation in terms of access control for Back of House and Operations of Security Control Room.
• To proactively monitor and review resort-wide CCTV.
• To put up of incident and tasking report.
• To monitor various security and Building Management system.
• Timely dissemination of information to relevant department/s.
• To liaise with various Departments to ensure resolution of any situation.
• To ensure prompt activation of State Police and/or ambulance service in accordance to established processes and procedures.
• To perform any other duties as assigned/directed by the Vice President of Security Operations.

Qualifications/Requirements
 1 year of Security/law enforcement/hospitality/service related industry experience. Past working experience in casino environment is an added advantage.
 Able to perform shift duties.
 A Team player and able to work under stress.
 Proficient in MS Office and familiar with operating Security equipment and system.
 Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin or dialect (Cantonese, Korea, etc.) speaking is an advantage.
