- Receptionist roll: Welcome guests, transfer the phone calls.
- Admin jobs: car arrangement, booking hotel, air ticket, purchasing stationery …
- Paperwork as required: making contract, visa/ work permit.
- Manage company property & fixed assets.
- Control general works.
- Support ISO tasks.
- Support HR Manager.
- More details will be discussed through the interview.
