Department: Industrial & Logistics Services
Report To: Director of Industrial & Logistics Services
Job Summary
• To conduct admin works and support sales employee
• To prepare contracts and follow up with clients through emails, communication
• To care and handle customers, improve service quality to increase customer satisfaction
• To report periodically as the request from the higher levels
• Other jobs as assigned from time to time by Line Manager
Report To: Director of Industrial & Logistics Services

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Experience
• Have 2 or more years-experience in Administration
• Experience in real estate/industrial/ logistics transactions is preferable
Skills and Knowledge
• Good English skills (spoken / written)
• Good customer service care
• Result and detail oriented.
• Able to establish networks with clients
• Computer skills, proficient in MS Office programs.
Qualifications
• Degree in Business, Economics, Foreign Trade, Banking, Real Estate or related major.
Competencies
• Customer Orientation
• Details Orientation
• Sales/leasing skills
• Market Research skill
