Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for efficient management of administrative services of the Bank, such as the day-to-day management of facilities, mail processing, courier service, branch operations, security and safety related functions
• Identify, establish and manage an effective working office, ensuring effective security
• Establish and manage all procurement and write-off assets and logistic activities including management of vehicles and drivers and tea ladies.
• Responsible for facilities management, fulfillment, delivering/receiving, mailroom, inventory Control (both IT and non-IT asset), on-site and off-site storage, purchasing and telecommunications system.
• Evaluates all central administrative support services along cost, time, resource and service parameters
• Dealing with government officials and outside vendors to ensure the effective management of working office.
• Assist Management when required or Secretary on leave.
• Other tasks as assigned by line manager

• Graduated from University
• Having 1 – 2 years’ experience in administrative work in foreign company
• Excellent command in Vietnamese and English, Thai is preferable
• Energetic, enthusiastic and active personality.
