Mô tả công việc
Job Description
1) Human Resources:
- Manage personnel records, support the recruitment process for each department and carry out the necessary procedures for employees.
- Handling in compensations, benefits and employee performance programs/evaluation process.
- Taking care of the HR paper-works such as Personal profiles, Probation contract, Labor contract, other concerned Decisions, Insurance social documents, Personal Income Tax documents etc.
- Ensuring legal compliance of HR regulations, applicable employment laws and updating procedures/policies.
2) Administrative:
- Executing business operations.
- Working closely with suppliers, agencies, Immigration department, Tax department and so on.
- Editing and archiving administrative documents.
- Recording the days-off types (Annual leave, Personal leave, Paternity leave, Maternity leave, Unpaid leave etc.) and in/out office record.
- Supporting foreigners’ documents (Visa, Work permit, Temporary residence card).

Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in HR Administrative position.
- Fluent speaking and Good writing in English / Vietnamese / Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a must
- Familiar with local labor and business laws and regulations
- Be able to work independently as well as good teamwork spirit
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
Working Location: Hai Duong
