General Mission:
To provide Administrative/HR/Customer Service works and support to the General Manager, faculty and administrative staff, including office workflow, and records control. Always perform duties of a sensitive and confidential nature.
Job Description:
• Administration activities of office as general office administration
• Supporting in organizing all office events
• Liaise with other related administrative government, authorities for issues such as extend visa, work permit for expatriates, renewal office licenses, CAAV on flight permission and landing permit.
• Make annual activity reports to authorities & government
• Responsible for passenger claim cases and coordinate with Head Office concerned functions
• Manage & Control Office Storage
• Customer Relations
• Secretary support job.

1. Education level:
• University Graduation
• Preferable minimum 2 years’ experience.
2. Specific requirements:
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizing and planning skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Pleasant and proactive personality
• Be able to work under time pressure
• Good analytical
• Good in interpersonal skills.
