- Handle customer enquiry via website, hotline, social channel, market place.
- Follow up customer order from opening until delivery process.
- Work with related department and partners such as finance, marketing and warehouse.
- Prepare daily and monthly report.
- Be able to support other tasks as requestd from Department Head.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A Bachelor’s degree is required. A major in Business/ Administration/ Marketing/ E-commerce/ Accounting.
- High level of proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook, Keynote or similar online presentation tools.
- Hands-on attitude, flexible, detail-oriented.

Working Time: Daily working hours are Monday to Saturday 9:30am to 6:30pm with a 1 hour break for lunch.
Working Place: Company Office located at 11bis Nguyen Gia Thieu Street, 7th Floor, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
