Mô tả công việc
Key Job Purpose:
• To execute office administration work
• To assist application of import licences
• To support sales & marketing, logistics, RA tasks
Summary of Functional Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To support sales department in preparing sales contract and tender dossier, supporting customers in providing documents (such as: COO, COQ of instruments).
2. To support logistic department in managing instruments storage and transportation.
3. To assist application of import licences:
- To adjust application dossiers of import licences as requested by Ministry of Health.
- To meet officers at Ministry of Health when needed.
- To learn new regulations issued by Ministry of Health.
4. To support marketing department in promotion events/scientific seminars (to find suitable venues, rental contract negotiation, contact clients for their accommodation during events).
5. To organize company events (meeting, company trips, year-end party, staff’ birthday, Mid-autumn festival, Children’s day)
6. Other Administrative activities: office operation, stationary, collect and record document, receipts, book meeting, arrange transportation, accommodation...

- Minimum Education: Diploma in College/ University or equivalent
- Minimum Experience: Min 2 years working experience of office administration work in foreign invested company
- Skills and Knowledge Required: PC literate, English Communication
- Attitude Required: Positive mindset of customer satisfaction, teamwork and compliance
- Knowledge Desired but not Essential: Healthcare business
