Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative duties for the company including maintenance of office equipment and assets, supplies control (eg: stationery)
- Business License application / renewal
- Coordinate and communicate with office management on matters related to rental
- Responsible to customers’ admin enquiries on company products and service in a timely and proficient manner via phone or email.
- Compile and update admin related records & documentations as well as proper filing, comply to government requirement.
- Handle day-to-day matters by providing efficient support for administration processes.
- To liaise with branches and sales person and assist on products delivery.
- To process sales orders and invoices received.
- To compile market information from sales person.
- To ensure customer documentation is in place and coordinate for goods delivery.
- Ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ Degree / Diploma / Prof Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
- Possess at least 2 years working experience
- Possess positive working attitude, independent, responsible and able to handle multi-tasking jobs
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office)
