Mô tả công việc
• Manage agency licensing and other sales movement activities in line with the regulatory, system features, business practices
• Facilitate the appointment throughout the proper underwriting process
• Document in detailed and update in time lifecycle management manual in line with the regulatory, system features and business practices,
• Keep on track system defects and system enhancement
• Collaborate with relating parties to enhance system functions and to develop new systems/ applications for effective management of producer database,
• Develop and maintain all documentation of existing and new processes and procedures in line with the regulatory, system features, business practices

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor Degree in Administration/ Accounting, other related major
• Experience in database management
• Extensive knowledge of sales hierarchy in life insurance
• Attention to detail; Quality focus
• Deadline-oriented
• Strong administration/ organizational skills, and be able to handle increasing levels of responsibility
• Communication and influencing skills, especially when requiring colleagues to hand over records or to use the systems correctly
• Experience in database management
• Extensive knowledge of sales hierarchy in life insurance
• Attention to detail; Quality focus
• Deadline-oriented
• Strong administration/ organizational skills, and be able to handle increasing levels of responsibility
