Mô tả công việc
*Working Location: Centre Point Tower, 106 Nguyễn Văn Trỗi, Phường 8, Phú Nhuận, Hồ Chí Minh.
- You will oversee admin department, stock control and management, delivery document from/to head quarter and from/to tenants, support other department (deposit cash to the bank, support reception….) and other PM’s assignment, review daily parking ticket and parking record.
- You will handle tenants’ calls, email, comment and request, daily cash and stationary. You will manage Ad-hocs charge, record all utilities and facilities charge in month for tenants in Centre Point building, key on SAP, collect quotation and purchasing flower for new tenant, Update Survey/ Tenant lnformation quarterly.
- You will receive and send registration form to QC or ME, be responsible for the cleanliness of office, no complaint on the cleanliness: control the key box, taxi card, order drinking water, monthly inventory and order stationery. With being servicing minded, provide support to tenants properly when requested, provide feedback to complaints/comments and maintain good dialogues to tenants so as to upkeep good relationships.
- Strictly comply with internal standard operating procedures and statutory requirements and engage vendors for on-going compliance. Promote a positive health and safety culture in the workplace rating and trainer to admin’s staff. Customer case to tenants

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Qualifications / Knowledge: Degree in Administrative or its relevant to hands-on operational customer service
- Technical Skills: Work, excel,outlook, powerpoint, good communication skills (especially comprehensive)
- Personal Attributes: Willing to work attitude, good observation, involve deeply in operation
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experiences in the same role
- Physical Requirement: Fit requirement as per law
- Working Hours: Normal (Office hrs)
