Mô tả công việc
1. Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 from Mondays through Fridays
2. Working Address: St. Paul American School Hanoi, TH3-NT4, Splendora Urban Area, Km 10+600 Thang Long Avenue, Hoai Duc, Hanoi
3. Main Duties:
- Bus duty
• Makes sure a safe and timely transportation for students from home to school and vice-versa by closely working with and coordinating the transporation service provider and bus monitors;
• Recruits, supervises and keeps track of attendance of bus monitors;
• Closely works with the Activity Coordinator and Teachers to arrange transportation for students in an appropriate manner;
• Acts as a connection between the school and families regarding bus-related issues;
- Lunch duty
• Works with IT team and the software provider to maintain smooth operation of the lunch software;
• Maintains effectiveness of monthly lunch registration by students;
• Ensures that the catering section is promptly updated on number of meals on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
