Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities:
Perform all administrative duties for the department.
• Perform client’s internal risk management procedures such as CAF/ EAF/ AML/ Independence checks.
• Monitor aged debts, including drafting emails for Managers, invoicing clients, and coordinating with accounting department to collect payment…
• Arrange and monitor invoices, including keeping/ updating record, preparing billing process, couriering to clients…)
• Manage Ipower system, including preparing/ opening client’s job code, creating e-creation client/job forms, cash collect following…
• Scan/print/photocopy documents for managers and higher-level staff (when available)

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Job Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• English language is a must
• Must be comfortable working under pressure
• Must be detail-oriented and well organized
• Full time job, 40 hours/week
• Based in HCMC Office
