Job Summary/ Tóm tắt công việc:
- Responsible for assist Branding & Marketing Department to perform administrative tasks and ensure approved policies and procedures are disseminated and implemented.
Key Responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm chính:
- Establishes and maintains files and records, and performs administrative tasks such as data entry, and data management. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents;
- Responsible for processing payments for suppler, recommendation report and supplier contract as company’s procedure;
- To ensure that approved policies and procedures are disseminated in timely manner, are consistently implement, administered throughout the company and adherence to overall department objectives;
- Management Office’s responsibilities: Key management / Courier & postage / Concierge service (for visitors e.g. cooperative, etc.);
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety, Health, Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company;
- Coordinate with other departments when needed relate to campaign or project as required by Manager;
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Diplomas / Degrees in any field.
- 1 year experience admin in any field, especially in Administration
- Having an appropriate level of detail on information used in administration work, such as supplier contract/report/payment dossiers
- Ability to multitask and handle the processes relating to internal and external parties;
- Ability to connect and solve problems;
- Able to communicate with all levels of the management, energetic, assertive and able to achieve bottom line result.
