Mô tả công việc
Brand support (80%)
• Implement Brand’s daily activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Manage agendas/travel and accommodation arrangements/appointments etc. for Brand team.
• Make payments for specific vendors. Coordinate with other functions to follow up on approvals.
• Ensure payments to vendors are on time and managed within the contractual/scheme agreement.
• Act as a facilitator of facebook fanpage: keep track of fan questions/ leads and circulate to relating functions.
• Review and update stocks to Finance on a monthly basis.
• Order office supplies and Brand inventories.
• Support the Marketing Specialist with documentation requests, contract review and admin tasks.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Monthly reports and claiming (20%)
• Submit timely reports: monthly reports of inventory, credit card clearing, taxi clearing.
• Conduct Travel & Entertaining claim

Job Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree in relevant fields
• 1-2 years’ experience in admin, procurement or a lead generating background
• Patient, confident, details oriented, teamwork, supportive attitude
• Good command of English is a plus.
• High sense of urgency, and outstanding time management/organizational skills
• Experience working with MS Office and/or any corporate tool is preferably
