Admin of Sales

What we are looking for?

You will be able to multitask and work under pressure as well as being highly organised and administratively efficient. You will be confident in communicating effectively with all members of the Sales team and customers. Strong time management skills are required as well as a keen eye for details. The ability to organize would be an advantage.

Key result areas in Sales:
- To develop sales in line with the sales strategy, working closely with the relevant Managers to secure success and deliver the agreed Revenue and Profit budget
- To meet, or exceed, budgeted sales figures in terms of revenue
- Actively manage the customer pipeline and forecast, ensuring that what is adequate at all times
- Continue relevant dialogue with new and existing customers to capitalize on opportunities and to be aware of potential problems before they materialize
- maintain existing customers within named territory
- To report to Director about delivery, production, payment, logistic, pending order ( contract), revenue report…

Excellent Communication and writing skill in English (Chinese is advantage)

Familiar with steel ( all kind of steel products)
Sex: female.
Old: from 23- 35 years old.
Salary: 400-1000 usd/month (net)
