Admin - Number of Position: 01 (Working Location: Long Son – Vung Tau)

Job Descriptions:
• Receiving incoming calls and taking and transfer messages;
• Working closely with all departments to assist and monitor daily admin works;
• Arranging mailings and letters delivery;
• Vehicle arrangement and consumable control;
• Control and manage office expense: electricity, parking, logistic support for office staff;
• Monitoring meeting room reservations;
• Receive and file/ handover incoming letters, documents;
• Other tasks assigned by Admin/HR Department.

Requirements:
• University/College degree
• At least 1 year working experience in the same position in foreign company is preferable.
• Pleasant personality, responsible, keen to learn and details oriented
• Proficient in computer skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English
