Mô tả công việc
1-Admin & HR
• Lead the Admin and HR team to ensure the service quality of Administrative and HR works
• Ensure the administrative support and on-boarding services for expats, including arrangement of visa, work permit and residence card for expats
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
• Handle to contact contractors to repair factory and other premises .
• Set up all Amin & HR procedures , Company regulations , Safety Regulations and follow up
• Preparation of necessary documents related Company license , FSC, ISO certificate .
• Set up the salary standard and follow up
• Recruit right candidates for production and office
• Preparation of reports submitted to Authorities as Labor Service, Environment Service, Social Insurance Service, Fire Prevention & Fighting Service
• Organize internal meetings with all departments , employees, Trade Union…
• Handle meetings with Authorities , Land Owner, Industrial Board of Management
2-Import-Export:
• Follow up the delivery schedule to arrange containers booking on time
• Preparation of shipping documents, Certificate of Origin application documents
• Handle the issues relating to custom declaration , container trucking
• Checking import documents to ensure no issue before declaration.
• Ensure sending shipping documents to customer on time
• Handle customer complains relating to containers sending.
3-Other tasks assigned by General Manager

• Male or Female , age from 35 year olds
• Bachelor degree in Administration, Human Resources, Law, Economy faculty
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in similar position in an international Enterprise with minimum scale of 200 employees
• Minimum 3 years Experience in Import/Export field
• Good computer skill in Excel / Words
• Having management skill
• Excellent English skills
• Dynamic, willing to take initiative, organized and able to work under pressure to meet the deadline
• Mature and tactful in communication
• Team work and able to work in independently in pressure environment.
* Benefits :
1- 13th month salary
2- VAB twice per year
3- National or Oversea trip
4- Lunch, milk provided
Working place: Ho Nai Industrial Park , Trang bom, Dong Nai
Working time : from Monday to Friday : 7:30am to 17:00 pm
• Bachelor degree in Administration, Human Resources, Law, Economy faculty
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in similar position in an international Enterprise with minimum scale of 200 employees
• Minimum 3 years Experience in Import/Export field
• Good computer skill in Excel / Words
• Having management skill
• Excellent English skills
