- Manage employee services, welfare, office administration and internal events in Hanoi office.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and resolve daily issues in a timely manner.
- Drive improvements and manage changes in people-related operations.
- Mentor team members for better individual performance and teamwork.
- Strengthen partnerships with business leaders for cross-functional collaborations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A Bachelor's degree with good academic results. Oversea education and experience is preferable.
- Strong in execution, communication, and critical thinking.
- Responsible, meticulous, and service-oriented.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience, such as in Administration/HR services/Office Management/Business Operations is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
