- Office administration: checking and order of stationary, drinking water, equipment management. Overseeing the Cleaner’s works to ensure the Office safe & clean.
- Internal/External events preparation: Birthday party, Year-end party, Team building, Meeting.
- Well prepared to the newcomer (email set-up, business card, laptop, stationery, working place)
- Welcoming and guiding guests, Receiving and Answering phone calls, Management of in/out documents.
- Other tasks as assigned by managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College/ Bachelor degree in English, Business, Economics or similar
- Under 1-year experience. Fresh graduates welcome.
- Strong listening, time management and communication skills; business and customer mindset
- Detailed, honest, dynamic, proactive and can-do attitude
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Computer proficiency (MS Office in particular)
