Incomes Negotiation (From 500USD)
Job Description
- Welcome clients, visitors, guests, etc. and provide them with appropriate information
- Handle all incoming calls and transfer to appropriate people, promptly take messages if the
receiver is not available
- Manage in-coming mails/newspapers and out-going mails effectively to ensure proper
distribution
- Monitor database of resources (meeting rooms, car and other facilities)
- Control and purchase stationery and refreshment for pantry corner
- Prepare contact list and other relevant reports: telephone, mail, stationery
- Deal with suppliers to negotiate service contracts and handle arising issues during contract
execution/implementation
- Organize events for staffs such as birthday party, recognition celebration, etc.
- Be in charge of preparing air-ticket and accommodation for staffs and the BOD
- Provide general office administrative support to other departments
- Other tasks assigned by the Managers

Experience: Can read and communicate well in English
