We are seeking an Admin cum Receptionist based in our Ho Chi Minh City Office. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the Admin cum Receptionist provides the primary interaction between public, clients and our company, resulting in this being a key position in the organisation. In addition, the Receptionist provides administration support to the company across a range of areas.
• Manage switchboard, make sure the phone system is operated effectively;
• Ensure that reception is always attended and to arrange, in consultation with other staff, for reception to be covered during any absence;
• Welcoming and guiding guests. Arranging meetings and ensuring the public areas of the office are maintained to the highest professional levels;
• Receive and send letters, documents in and out the company;
• Assist to maintain a central general filing and storing system, complying with the company policies;
• Prepare for business trips of Board of Management and staff (transportation, accommodation, …);
• Organize company seminars, birthday, parties, outdoor activities, etc;
• Manage company taxi card;
• Control and manage all administrative functions, in charge of all expenses for office well operation, checking & order new equipment, stationary controlling, pantry and other support as needed.
• Handle all general enquiries;
• Assist with all relevant paper work;
• Provide administrative support to other staff and general office duties as required;
• Undertake other duties which may be requested by manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from a Vietnamese University, with a Bachelors’ Degree in English, Business, Economics or similar, with a Social Sciences/Business Admin.
• Fluent in English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Dynamic and teamwork;
• Proactive, hardworking and responsible;
• Strong communication, time management and negotiation skills.
