Admin Cum Internal Accountant

1. Internal Accounting:
- Prepare and monitor receipt and expenditure of cash fund;
- Monitor and compare as well as require to receivable - payable debts;
- Prepare reports & fulfill all obligations with agencies: Taxes, Social Insurance;
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and other general reports at the request of the Board of Directors
- Other tasks required by the BoD

2. Admin:
- Responsible for the administrative work of the Company;
- Managing and saving documents and records of company;
- Prepare and monitor labor contracts related to employees, collaborators, ...
- Receiving and processing information and complaint from the Client;
- Summary of reports and plan of the Company;
- Recruitment, employee time management, VPP allocation
- Implement & follow the dispatch, incoming dispatch, report, Meeting Minutes, Decision…
- Calculate and pay employees as regulated
- Perform other tasks required by the Board of Directors

- Graduated from university with major in accounting, financial accounting or other economic majors.
- Priority candidates with 2-3 years’ experience at the same position
- Fluent in English communication
- Ability to communicate and present well
- Be proactive, responsive in work, self-conscious, highly educated
- Honest, enthusiastic and responsible for work.
