Mô tả công việc
Position Function :
1. Golf Operations: To undertake all administrative functions in Golf Operations and assist the Assistant to Director of Golf and Director of Golf in all work assigned including Golf Operations admin job, tournament event organization and Golf shop inventory. The Administrative Assistant reports directly to Director of Golf.
2. Golf Course Maintenance: To be responsible for the office administration work for the Superintendent and Golf Course Maintenance department. To assist the Superintendent and Golf Course Maintenance department in all work assigned. To provide good communication between The Superintendent and (The Montgomerie Links Vietnam-TMLV) department heads, members, guests and others when required.

- Being initiative, detailed & independent, having passion in admin job, enjoying working with people.
- Considerable knowledge of secretarial & admin job and excellent computer skill.
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, English, related field; admin experience in hospitality industry as priority.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
