- Manage and supervise Admin staff to deliver good service to team
- Develop and implement administrative system
- Build, update Admin policies and procedures
- Yearly planning and organizing team-building, year-end party, health check
-Corporate HSE responsibilities
-Assist with other duties as assigned by the HR & Admin Director.

Minimum Criteria
- Age from 30 and above
- More than 5 years experience in Administrative field
- Bachelors Degree in Human resource or related
- High level written and spoken English
- Working location: 56 Independent Avenue, Viet Nam - Singapore Industrial Park, Thuan An Town, Binh Duong Province
Desirable Criteria:
- More than 3 years as management position in FDIs is preferred
- Leadership skill
- Excellent in communication skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in events
- Age from 30 and above
- More than 5 years experience in Administrative field
