Mô tả công việc
• Work with manager to set up, amend the company regulation, supervise compliance with rules, guidelines to be applied in the company
• Work with partner companies to provide the best management from time to time.
• Establish and update security and cleaning processes.
• Announce and coordinate with all department in the company to control the security and hygiene whenever process changes.
• Patrol and monitor the performance of outsourcing staff.
• Grasp and understand the rules and regulations in commercial center especially in/out process, import/export goods, construction, events. Work on solutions to prevent loss, damage, risky situation in all departments.
• Set up and follow cleaning schedule. Work on solutions to keep center trade clean, tidy all the time.
• Giving workarounds and timely treatment with the most incident.
• Make reports of security and cleaning every day, every week.
• Time and attendance tracking for outsourcing staff every day. Make synthesis, check and do payment for outsourcing company in time.
• Other works may be assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree in Economics, Administration or equivalent qualifications, 1-2 years experience
• Knowledge of Vietnamese and international administration management.
• To have the creativity that can accept advanced culture.
• Good communication skills both English and Vietnamese.
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel.
