Position: Admin Assistant
Work Location: Nghi Son, Thanh Hoa
Term: Six month contract from January to end of June 2020
Deadline for CV submission: 15 Dec 2019
Expected interview and candidate selection: from 15/12 to 31/12


Details of the works to be done:

This position is responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties to Thanh Hoa Office under Administration Officer and General & Administration Director.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
• Assists the coordination for building good relationship and communication among all the departments for effective and efficient operation
• Answers incoming phone and relays messages to appropriate recipients
• Acts as a receptionist when required. Greets customers and visitors with high hospitality including preparation water, tea, coffee and etc. for customers and visitors in coordination with housekeepers
• Assists the arrangement for business travelers
• Prepares all logistics for meetings.
• Prepares internal application for reimbursement of business trip, entertainment and process request for payment to office vendors, etc.
• Performs document scanning, photocopying, delivery and collection with/from the business partners including the local authorities
• Assists in maintaining office equipment to ensure all are well functioned. Arranges repairs, replacements & maintenance as necessary
• Files and compiles records.Translates documents
• Assists CSR activities and staff events

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• At least 2 years of work experience in the similar position
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• Possesses good communications skills in English (both written and verbal as Conversational business level and able to communicate using basic grammar and vocabularies) and be computer literate
• Positive thinking and hardworking, well-organized and having a pro-active attitude
• Good time management, organisation skills, and ability to work under high pressure with multi talks
• Ability to work on detail
• Be able to work and adapt in a multi- cultural working environment

Nghi Son 2 Power Limited Liability Company (“the Company”) is a limited liability company with two members (Sponsors): Marubeni Corporation (Tokyo, Japan) and Korean Electricity Power Corporation (KEPCO) incorporated under the Law on Enterprise of Vietnam, pursuant to Investment Certificate No. <26122000010> issued by Thanh Hoa People’s Committee on 20 January, 2014 and the lastest amended Investment Certificate No. <9837651580> dated 30 June 2016. The principal activities of the Company are to implement the works related to preparation for investment, development, construction and owning of the Nghi Son 2 Thermal Power Plant in Thanh Hoa province under the Building – Operation - Transfer (BOT) model. The total investment capital of the Project is estimated to be USD 2.5billion, of which 50% will be contributed by the Sponsors; and the remaining will be mobilized from international banks such as Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), the Export Import Bank of Korea (KEXIM) and several other international commercial banks. After the completion of the construction, the Sponsors shall operate Nghi Son 2 Thermal Power Plant for 25 years before transferring the same to Vietnamese Government. The Company’s head office is located at 4th Floor, Nghi Son Economic Zone Management Building, Truc Lam commune , Tinh Gia district, Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam and its representative office is located at Unit 502, 5th Floor, Suncity Building, 13 Hai Ba Trung street, Trang Tien ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi, Vietnam.
