Mô tả công việc
Work Location: Level 14, Geleximco Building, 36 Hoang Cau, O Cho Dua Ward, Dong Da District, Ha Noi, Viet Nam.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greeting clients
Answering and direct incoming phone calls
Record all incoming and outgoing dispatches, document and correspondences in logbooks. Archive dispatches in accordance with the process including hard copies and soft copies
Prepare and arrange meeting room as required
Scan, photocopy documents as required
Manage stationery and beverage of the company
Book flight tickets, hotels, taxi, restaurants as required
Purchase item, services as required
Translate documents
Ensure efficient use of office requirements
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management
systems (CRM) and create presale.
Organize company’s event: Monthly birthday, parties, team building activity,…
Support expat with work permit/residence card
Maintain and update employee information database
Maintain and update leave dashboard
Manage Petty cash
Transaction with bank
Assist with Trade Union tasks
Marketing support:
Self- develop and feed the social media channels of the company: Facebook, Linkedin
Events Organization
Other tasks as assigned by back office executive and Project Assistant

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor degree.
Hardworking, responsible, strong problem solving skills, attention to details
Excellent command in MS Words. Having knowledge of excel is an advantage
Good communication in English
Proactive working, be able to alarm the attention if problems detected
Result – oriented
Ability to work independently and/or in team and multitask
Able to work effectively with both Vietnamese and expat
Welcome fresher
