Admin and Marketing Executive

Description:
- You will be responsible to support the team in general administration and indoor sales
o Keeping the office lively, comfortable and pleasant for all
o You will help to liaise with our customers for their ordering and delivery matters
o You will help our technical team to arrange for training and workshops
o You will also liaise with various external parties for administrative/legal/tax matters together with our Regional Finance Manager
- You will assist the team in planning and executing the marketing plan

What to expect:
- It will be a small office but we will scale up quite rapidly over the next 3 years
- You have the chance to specialise when that happens, or grow to head up this larger team
- There will also be plenty of ad-hoc tasks as the company grows
- You will report directly to BD Manager, with dotted-line reporting to the Regional Sales and Business Development Director

- You possess a Degree or Diploma in relevant disciplines
- You have at least 3 years of working experience
- You come from a B2B sales and marketing background, with a penchant for people networking and technology.
- You are independent, self-motivated and loves challenges.

- The wage agreements in interview.
- Able to work in an active and professional working environment.
- Insurance and Paid-leaves as required by Labor Law.
