Newly founded company is looking for an Admin and HR Manager.
The ideal candidate will support Human Resources, Administrative, Purchasing, and Logistic responsibilities.
The main responsibilities of the position involve:
• Recruit and selection process of new hires
• Onboard new hires.
• Handles employee relations, administrative tasks
• Serve as the link between the company and the accountancy outsourced services.
• Provide administrative support: Control of inventory, purchases, invoices received
• Relation with third parties: local institutions, banks

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Native knowledge of the Vienamese language
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
• Previous experience in Human Resources/Administration
• Recruiting experience
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgment
• Native knowledge of the Vienamese language
