Mô tả công việc
Responsibly includes but not limited to:
1. Handle HR-ADM work
- In- charge of time keeping system, C&B
- Perform annual health check for all company staffs;
- Update the HR information system/ database, update leave record, contact list;
- Welcome new hire and provide Introduction on their first day;
- Ensure HR policies, follow closely to guidelines; maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures;
- Organize employee events to help boost employee morale and team building (Year End Party, Outing Trip);
- Assist in expatriate management i.e. work permit application, accommodation, transportation arrangement, etc.
- Purchase stationaries as and when necessary with best cost;
- Monitor the moving of fixed assets in and out the office accurately;
- Ensure the administration and logistics support provided to staff members in terms of visas, make work permit, residence card, and at times coordinate accommodation and flight bookings;
- Others issues arranged by top management and HR leader;
2. Analysis data
- Collect and arrange relative data, and analysis the data, to provide the data supports for General Manager.
- Explores the best way to dispose the relative data, find out the problem in the data.
- Assist General Manager to finish other matters.
3. Back up work of maternity leave in 6 months
- Handle temporarily the daily work of QC/QE Admin in six months from Dec 2019 - May 2020.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor/Engineer degree, major in English, Economics, Law, applied mathematics and statistics etc…is advance.
- 2 years and above experience in HR/Admin.
- Withstands high pressure and good in English in four skills
- Good ability of data analysis, have a good command of excel spreadsheet is advance.
- With manager assistant or sales assistant relevant work experience is advance.

Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Working hours: 8:00~ 17:00 from Monday to Friday; Lunch Subisdy + other subsidy if travelling.
