Mô tả công việc

1. Admin tasks:
- Prepare, arrange Admin tasks systematically
- Manage equipment, stationary in good condition, economical usage
- Dealing with supplier to make admin jobs run smoothly
- Filling documents
- Arrange company trip and company’s events
2. HR tasks
- Support Manager in recruitment process (collect-choosing CV-arrange interview)
- Make contract (probation contract, labor contract, NDA)
- Support consulting company in insurance and labor issues
- Do the attendance record
3. Assistant tasks
- Support in making visa, work permit, notarized documents
- Be an translator and interpreter (internal and external)
- Make the appointment for manager (if any), manage his schedule
- Make reports basing on Manager’s assignment
4. Accounting tasks
- Control and make the payment to oversea and domestics
- Control receivable from customers and payable to all parties
- Control debit notes, inquiries and payment smoothly
- Issue VAT invoices.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

* Education
- Bachelor degree

* Knowledge and technical skills
- At least 01- year experience as admin officer
- Good English skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work as a team player and promote a cooperative work atmosphere.
- Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
