Purpose of the job:
• The Office & Admin Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
• The role is responsible for developing internal office communication, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control and office staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act a leading person for general office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, ect…
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
• Manage contract and negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
• Manage office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored.
• Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems.
• Lead company staff’s events at nationwide level to increase staff engagement.
• Develop and implement office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.
• Provide excellent guest service support to visitors, business stakeholders and partners when they have
business engagement with the company.
• Recruit, train and allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performance.
• Supervise office team: Receptionist, Tea Lady, Mail-man to deliver the excellent service in the office.
• Partner with HR to organize and manage office operations and procedures.
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment management.
• Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.
• Coordinate with other functions in projects or tasks assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University Graduate with at least 3 year working experience in similar role.
• Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
• Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in MS Office and English communication.
• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
• Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
