Mô tả công việc
Job purpose: Support HR & GA Manager to enhancement HR and admin operation in order to support and meet requirement of company operation and growth.
1. Responsible for Receptionist: receive and answer telephone, guests welcoming, Receive Incoming letter/document letter/documentary/parcel, divide by department and inform to relating department for collection, manage company stamp,…
2.Responsible for Admin tasks: order, record & prepare payment claim for Stationary, office facilities (office equipment, furniture, office devices…), telephone, internet, air-ticket, make name cards for staff, company stamps.
3.Taxi: verify and record usage, monitor budget, issue, renew & terminate taxi card. Prepare payment claim (Vinansun &Grab for business).
4.Travel support: book air ticket, hotel booking, car booking, contact point of car rental, .. and prepare payment claim
5.Staff event: Staff birthday: send Happy Birthday greeting to staff (monthly) and support manager to organize staff event such: staff birthday, company trip, yearend party.
6.Time record and overtime (OT): Extract monthly time record, prepare OT data as supporting documents for monthly payroll.
7.Office management: manage office to make sure if safety, neat, well-arrangement, looks professional, manage tea lady to make sure office clean, tidy and well-arrangement.
8.Support HR&GA Manager (manager will train if you don't have experience on this).
- Support in recruitment: interview arrangement, prepare for new staff: stationary, personnel documents, labour contract, on boarding.. ..
- Prepare for labor report: Monthly and half year report.
9. If you have experience in insurance: Responsible for social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance (new registration and deactivate) and relevant tasks.
10. Work follow the assignment by manager and company.

+ This position is replacement for one staff who take maternity leave, therefore we sign seasonal contract with term is 07 months.
+ Prioritize for candidate who can start working as soon as possible.

- Prioritize for candidates who have experience working in foreigner companies...
- English skill: Fluent English skill in both speaking and writing (email writing).
- Computer skill: Proficiency in Microsoft office (especially in excel).
- Soft skills:

+ Good at communication skill
+ Enthusiastic, dynamic, independent, sensitive
+ Proactive in anticipating, identifying and solving problems
+ Able to work under minimum supervision & independence
+ Teamwork spirit
