ADM Staff

★Responsible for tasks related to ADM jobs.

1. Export :
- Issue Shipping document , booking shipment and packing for shipping.
2. Import & Purchase :
- Customs clear, issuing Purchase Order , receiving the goods.
3. HR-GA :
- Check employee’s working time & attendance tracking and overtime.
- Make insurance report (Social , health , unemployed insurance).

★Recruitment for 1 Year position

- Male or Female, Under 35 years old.
- College or University graduated.
- Good communication in Japanese or English. Japanese is preferred.
- Active, creative, high responsibility, open and cooperation at the work
- Be responsible, careful, enthusiastic.
- Ability to work independently, teamwork
- Have working experience at the same position 2 years is preferred.
- Have experience work in Japanese or Foreign company is preferable
- Excellency in Microsoft office (words, excel, power point)
- Good training & guiding ability.
