Mô tả công việc

Supervisor: HR & AD Manager

Summary of Functions:
The AD Supervisor is accountable to the HR & ADM Manager for for the overall administrative functions and often oversee the support of executives as defined by his/her duties and responsibilities to meet the objectives set by Thermtrol (VSIP), which includes:

1. Policies, procedures
Ensure the development, implementation, and revision of all adminitrative procedures as needed.

2. Administration
- Arrange and settle all administrative infrastructure (e.g. telephone, fax, electric power, building, car rental. Visa, etc.),
- Control the records of employees: Certificates, Labor Contract, Evaluation, etc.
- Arrange and control the meals; travel, booking, visas of employees and/or visitors etc.
- Ensure the warm welcome procedure is implemented fully for guests or visitors.
- Coordinate meetings, compile meeting materials and documents
- Hold all events of the company as needed
- Manage security team and ensure the available and suitable means (procedures, tools, equipments etc.) for security,

3. Safety and Health: Promote the safety and Health (including labor, fire and emergency control) of employees and assets within the company

4. Manage Administrative Staff: Responsible for assigning job duties to individual staff members and prioritizing workloads to ensure that tasks are completed in an effective and timely manner.

5. Performs other related duties as required or as assigned by the HR & AD manager

List Of Authorities:
The employee shall have the authorities detailed in company policies or procedures. Specifically, AD Supervisor shall secure prior approval of the HR & AD Manager before:
1. Promoting, demoting or terminating the employment of any immediate sub-ordinate.
2. Exceeding any approved budget.
3. Approving any major item of unusual expenditure.
4. Distributing any accounting information to local staff other than in prior approved reports.
5. Disclosing operating and business information to parties, other than Thermtrol group which could affect the company.
6. Granting salary increases to staff or sub-ordinates
7. Employing staff.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Minimum Criteria
• Bachelors Degree in Human resource or related
• High level written and spoken English

Desirable Criteria:
- More than 5 years experience in HR & AD
- Human Resource Mgt/Organizational Leadership
- Leadership Development
- Labor Relations
- Industrial Relations
- Excelent in comunication skill
