• Provide high quality actuarial reports and ensure all results are thoroughly checked for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintenance of adequate documentation of working process, working tools and integrity of those.
• Responsible for periodic actuarial valuations, regular financial reports, periodic experience study analyses, including mortality, morbidity, persistence and expenses.
• In charge the maintenance and development of the valuation system. Ensure any changes are fully documented.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation of manual tasks where possible, to increase efficiency and transparency while minimizing the risk of errors.
• Provide training and support to the rest of the department on the new emerging accounting bases and adequately prepare the team for operating in these new actuarial frameworks.
• Carry out a wide variety of ad-hoc actuarial investigations, as required from time-to-time, ensuring all results are thoroughly checked for accuracy and consistency.
• Build up and maintain a good relationship with MOF. Actively study towards a recognized actuarial qualification.
• Others tasks assigned by the supervisor or Company’s management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree or above with major in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Practical 8 to 10 years of experiences in managing risk and handling actuarial modeling.
• Advanced life insurance market senses.
• Possessing comprehensive quantitative risk management skills.
• Self-motivator with ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple priorities.
• Highly analytical, attention to details. Good decision making and problem solving skills.
• Practical 8 to 10 years of experiences in managing risk and handling actuarial modeling.
• Advanced life insurance market senses.
• Possessing comprehensive quantitative risk management skills.
• Self-motivator with ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple priorities.
