Mô tả công việc
* Lead and manage the Activation Development and Execution:
• Understand the marketing briefs based on the relevant objectives of the brands
• Coordinate objectives and parameters with the marketing team
• Brief suppliers for execution or campaign ideas
• Manage cost to maximize ROI
• Coordinate planning and execution while keeping brand team updated on key decisions
• Evaluation of execution
* Liaison with Third Party Agencies
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Roll out cross category channel based activations across urban & rural. Ensure smooth operation in co-ordination with the marketing team
• Lead execution of the market development models across all categories
• Work with 3rd party agencies to track and monitor execution

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduation major in Economics/ Marketing/ Business Management
- 6 years+ of working experiences in Marketing, experiences in Brand activation in FMCG industry
- Strong project/ stakeholder management skill
- Good analytical & interpersonal skill
- Strong leadership
- Fluency in English for both written & communication
- Result-oriented, can-do & learning spirit.
