Acounting Manager- Chief Accountant (Under 40 Years-Old) Làm Việc Tại Quận 7 HCM

 Update promotion programs on SAP
 Approve SO in case price difference from SAP’s price
 Supervise daily works of A&F staffs: verifying daily transaction, documents checking and payment approval.
 Give advice to all A&F staffs for smoothly activities and recording transaction.
 Monitor all taxes related matters including tax calculating, tax report, registration, tax payment of monthly, quarterly and yearly (VAT, CIT, WHT).
 Work with Tax Authority of CIT, VAT, WHT and others.
 Check and work with A&F team to complete financial reports as VAS and IFRS on time.
 Monitor and review the preparation of financial report (VAS).
 Monitor and review reports for consolidation of global financial report (IFRS) on BOFC.
 Work with other departments to implement company policy and ensure all activities are accordance with the current tax law.
 Consult General Director and other Department Manager for accounting related issues including taxation, establishing new business and activities related to accounting.
 Monitor for auditing the end of year of financial statement and physical stock take.
 Co-ordinate with other departments for preparation of quarterly and yearly budget.
 Monitor the reporting to BOFC system (to headquarter for consolidated accounting) on time for budgets and financial reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/finance under 40 years-old
• Chief Accountant certificate
• Skill in relevant accounting programs, good at SAP accounting software
• At least 3 years in related field is required.
• Recognized by the government of Vietnam as a Chief-accountant
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic, high responsibility and diligence.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing and growing business environment, and to adapt and maintain processes through growth and change.
• Well-informed about tax stipulation and tax law in Vietnam.
• Good communication in English both oral & written
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, peers, and industry colleagues/ contacts in a team environment.
