Work location: 3B street, Amata IP, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai
- Maintain Accounts Payable database in the system
- Check AR sub-ledger against General Ledger balances IC
- Prepare payment in the VCB system
- Ensure payments are processed according to procedures
- Review all AP account balance monthly.
- Ensure that all daily transaction are accurately and timely accounted.
- Ensure that all payments are properly authorized as per Schaeffler‘s policies
- Perform other accounting tasks assigned by supervisors

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor, major in Financial Accounting
- Above 3 year Experience in foreign & manufacturing companies
- Initiative and have team spirit
- Knowledge of VAS.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Be responsible for monthly VAT declaration report to tax authority.
- Computer competencies. Knowledge of SAP is preference
- Work under high pressure and to meet deadline of finance & Accounting Reports
- Above 3 year Experience in foreign & manufacturing companies
