Mô tả công việc
- Receive invoices from Operation team, check invoices for information accuracy and sufficiency
- Check the matching between invoices and data in accounting software (SAP)
- Update invoices for VAT declaration monthly
- Reconcile AP and prepare payment plan for suppliers
- Follow up APs , Keep all APs are under controlled: transaction are recognized accordance with contracts, company policies, payments are processed on due, all suppliers requirements are responded and followed up…
- AP balance reconciliation with Suppliers Quarterly , Yearly or on request
- Work with Audit firms as required
- Solve daily AP issues
- Other duties as assignment
