QUANTILY: 02
Position: Accouting Staff - Work place: Floor 1, 11 BIS Nguyen Gia Thieu str, Ward 6, Dist 3, HCM, Vietnam.
Position: Accouting Manager - Work place: Hanoi
1. Daily issue output VAT Invoices: Check Debit Notes, HBL/MBL, Customs Declarations Sheets, customers' information (Company name, Address, Tax Code, EPE or not, signed Contract or not, settle by cash or bank transfer), kinds of service (that are subjected to 0% VAT rate or 10% VAT rate); Separate and calculate how much service charges provided by Extrans and service charges paid on behalf when issuing VAT invoices to overseas agents;
2. Make payment vouchers and receipt vouchers: Check carefully supporting documents (Invoices, Payment Request, Advances Request...); Record Cash Book in internal/external systems;
3. Make bank transfer payment: Check, type on a bank which the company has an account with, photo, scan & submit Payment Applications & supporting documents to Holding/ the banks which the company has an account;
4. Reconcile with Cash Book from Cashier/ Cash Advance balance with staff
5. Receive Overseas Debit Notes: Check the accuracy; record them in external system
6. Preserve, store, file accounting data & documents.
+ Other tasks of accounting team as assigned by Chief Accountant/ Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
University Degree on Accounting;
- Good knowledge of Forwarding/ Logistic;
- Good communication with customer, bank;
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English;
- Having at least 3 years of experience in Accounting or having 01 year working experience in Forwarding/ Logistic;
- Having experience in AR/AP (receivable, payable), cash, bank;
- Fluent in MS office (word, excel), accounting software;
- Preferable having experience in General Accountant position;
- Having great mind of team work;
- Dynamic, self - motivated and hard working;
- Good health and work under high pressure.
