* Position Summary
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the overall accounts receivable function. The person in this role will develop action plans and process for delinquent accounts including tracking and monitoring and reporting of daily sales.
* Major Functions and Tasks
• Posts customer payments by recording bank and credit card transactions.
• Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions to accounting system.
• Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
• Maintains records of invoices, debits, and credits.
• Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers.
• Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
• Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable; verifying totals; preparing report.
• Ensure all records and activities in line with internal procedures of revenue reconciliation and recognition.
• Prepare quarterly VAT return.
• Review and improve the electronic invoice process.
• Work with auditors and tax consultants for issuing related forms and documents as required by government.
• Assist in other tasks required by Finance manager & CFO.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
• Preferred experience in SAP – ACCPAC and E-commerce environment
• Good mathematical background
• At least 3 years’ experience in same position
• Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers
• Excellent organizational skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
• Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic
• Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office programs
• Strong command of English and Vietnamese language
• Reliable, dependable & committed to doing the best job you can
• A great team player
