Accounts Receivable Officer - Temporary for 6 Months

The roles:
o Reconcile payment received against insurance policy booking
o Reconcile payment received against VAT invoice issuance
o Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from Profit Center and from Distribution channels
o Researches receipting by recording cash, bank transfer, and credit card transactions
o Maintains records by document invoices, debits/credits, and bank slip/official receipts
o Researches and applies unallocated cash
o Performs ad-hoc admin tasks as requested

Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Abilities /Skill:
Carefulness, details oriented, honest & compliance.
At least 2 year experience at equivalent position in foreign company.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
