• Manage invoices from vendors for payment process
• Make vendor’s invoice reconciliation before payment
• Prepare payment to vendor
• Filing VAT invoice according to VN Tax law
• Deal with vendor and other departments for any arising issues to reach the KPI
• Deal with any additional tasks arising from time to time

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Functional requirements
- Knowledge of freight forwarding documentation
- Language skills: Written and spoken English and local language
- Computer skills: Good at MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point
- System: Experience in SAP, ASOFT software
- Possesses high level of integrity
- Excellent attention to details
- With effective communication and interpersonal skills
Skills & Competencies
Educational and Work Experience Requirements:
Accounting graduate
Preferably with working experience in a freight forwarding company
- Knowledge of freight forwarding documentation
- Language skills: Written and spoken English and local language
- Computer skills: Good at MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point
- System: Experience in SAP, ASOFT software
- Possesses high level of integrity
- Excellent attention to details
- With effective communication and interpersonal skills
