Mô tả công việc
• Ensures timely and accurate recording of receipts and matching of invoices with AR ledgers
• Monitor and follow up on collections, liaise with customers on outstanding debts
• Issue debit notes and credit notes
• Prepare weekly ageing receivable report
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing of account within tight deadline
• Assist to prepare monthly reports required by Japan HQ
• Prepare debtor’s confirmation for year-end audit and other necessary reporting such as AR index and KPIs
• Assist in reviewing the credit limit and analyses the payment terms of each customer
• Oversees a team of AR coordinators

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
• At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in AR/GL accounting or handling full set of accounts
• Live in Bac Ninh
• Start to work on Mar 2019
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and organized;
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment;
• Independent as well as a good team player;
• Committed and possess positive attitude;
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
• At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in AR/GL accounting or handling full set of accounts
• Live in Bac Ninh
• Start to work on Mar 2019
