Mô tả công việc
• Oversee and maintain accounts payable process, ensuring compliance
• Ensure high ethical, transparent working environment
• Monitor to ensure all invoices are input timely into system
• Checking vendor and staff expense payments to ensure payments are being processed correctly and timely.
• Resolve discrepancy and assist month-end/year-end close processes including AP reconciliation, aging report, monitor overdue payments and review long pending POs
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Responsible for AP work process efficiency improvement
• Coordinating AP projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments
• Supervise junior AP members via training and coaching (3-4 members)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Working location : 18 Luy Ban Bich, Tan Thoi Hoa Ward, Tan Phu District, HCMC
Bachelor Degree in Accounting
Have experience to manage payment process
Highly detail-oriented, organized and result-oriented
Straightforward, transparency, open-minded and ability to propose initiative for improvements
Ability to manage multi-tasks and deliver results well and on schedule
Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines
Ability to manage team members and treat them equally
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
Good with Excel
English speaking ability
Bachelor Degree in Accounting
