Mô tả công việc
• Check payment requests, review and verify invoices and supporting documents
• Prepare and process bank transfers and payments
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Make sure the payment request is full of supporting documents and scientifically stored
• Book & post accounting transactions into SUN system
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Provide accounting documents to internal/ external audits when required
• Assist with the month/quarter/year-end closing
• Invoice issuance, premium check
• Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• 2-3 years of experience as an accountant (experience in Life Insurance industry is a plus)
• Knowledge of accounts payable, general accounting procedures and relevant accounting software
• Proficient in data entry and management
• Organization and prioritization skills
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to complete work on schedule
• Customer service mindset
• Ability to communicate in English is a plus
• 2-3 years of experience as an accountant (experience in Life Insurance industry is a plus)
• Knowledge of accounts payable, general accounting procedures and relevant accounting software
