Key Responsibility – Accounts Payable (60%)
• Management of whole invoice approval process including accurate GL coding
• Reviewing GL coding completed by department heads
• Weekly preparation of actual and forecast cash flow to review with Finance Manager
• Weekly preparation of domestic and international pay run in AP21
• Reconciliation of domestic and international supplier statements
• First point of contact for all accounts payable related queries
• Management of staff cash advances and weekly staff expense claim reimbursements
through Concur
Key Responsibility – Month End (15%)
• Posting of all invoices by Day 2 to ensure accurate accruals
• Preparation of monthly alterations analysis and accrual
• Preparation of monthly warehouse cost analysis file
• Accrual of warehousing costs
• Ensure accurate posting of monthly rent invoices, rent abatements, HO rent and
turnover rent accruals
• Monthly rent review and explanation for large variances to budget / movements from
prior month
Key Responsibility – Treasury (15%)
• Preparation of cash advances and trade finance for Finance Manager to approve
Key Responsibility – Balance Sheet Reconciliations (5%)
• Preparation and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts including other assets and
trade creditors
• Preparation of monthly warehouse cost analysis file
Key Responsibility – Other (5%)
• Assisting in finance related projects to find efficiencies and areas of opportunity
• Providing documentation in relevant sections for yearly audit
• Supporting Assistant Accountant
• Assisting Finance Manager and Head of Finance with other projects as required

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• CPA/CA Qualified or working towards
• 1-3 years’ experience, ideally in a retail environment
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good command in English
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and modelling including ability to work with data warehouse in pivot tables
